My heart has been broken by the sudden loss of my son. I fathered him to an age where he could help in parenting. He was not just a brother to my other children, but a mini father in my absence. Nothing would go wrong under his leadership.
He was a leader, a planner, and an executor.
Jacob was not just a teacher in the classroom but also a teacher of the Word. If I were to describe him, I would refer to Matthew 5:13–14: the salt of the earth, the light of the world, a town built on a hill that cannot be hidden.
He shone this light wherever he stepped, and his footprints will be remembered forever.
In this hard moment, I choose to give thanks to the Lord. I loved you, son, but your Maker wanted you to be with Him, singing forever with the angels. Till we meet again.

I grieve for my beloved son, Jacob. He was helpful not only to me but also to others. He had a very unique character—loving, charming, and strict at the same time.
I thank God for the 30 years He allowed me to have him as a gift. He took care of me and protected me. Now that God has decided to take him away, I accept His will. The legacy he has left cannot be forgotten.
I loved you, but the Lord loved you more. I will forever miss you.

We have lost a brother, best friend, mentor, and father figure. We always stepped back and followed your steps. Now we feel lost. You are gone forever, and there is a void nobody can fill.
We were yearning to welcome a sister-in-law because we knew you would choose with discernment. It is unfortunate that today we celebrate you being wedded by Christ.
You had a lamp that was always filled with oil. The hope we have is that we shall meet again. We shall sing the song of Moses and of the Lamb. We shall meet on that beautiful shore. We will miss you forever, bro.

I lack words to express how dear you were to me. You were not just a brother; you were a mentor and best friend. You supported me wholeheartedly. I cannot imagine life without you. God gave you as a gift, and He has taken His own gift. Your rapture has taken place in a way no one could imagine.
Farewell, Jacob. I will forever miss you.

Today, we gather to celebrate the life of Jacob, a remarkable person who left an indelible mark on our lives. You always motivated us and made us to be happy always. Your laughter, kindness, and generosity will be deeply missed. You may be gone, but your memory will stay with us, inspiring us to live life to the fullest. Rest in peace, brother. All the memories we shared together as friends are still fresh in our minds.

2nd Corinthians 1 vs 4

(From Limuru girls fraternity)
We're gathered here with deep sorrow to a colleague and a friend, a valued member of our team. Your dedication, expertise, and warm spirit made a lasting impact on our work family. We'll cherish the memories and lessons shared. May your soul rest in peace.

Psalms 147 vs 3

Jacob, you were our quiet strength and our dear brother in Christ. As the treasurer, you kept our work steady, but it was your loving heart and your faith lived out in every small act, that held us together. You were always first to help, to pray and to encourage. Your smile brought light on the darkest days and your calm trust in God gave us courage when we felt weak. We feel this loss in every corner of our fellowship. Yet even in our sorrow, your love stays with us. We carry you forward in the way we serve, in the way we care, in the way we lift one another up. Your life showed us that true devotion is simple, faithful, and strong. Your memory is a blessing we will keep and share, now and always. We love you, Jacob, we miss you every day. Rest Well Brother.
